merchandise returns RMA
Procedure to follow:

    For all merchandise returns, (repair, loan, quote & warranty) an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form is required.

    This means that you must declare all merchandise, prior to shipping it.

  • Download the RMA form.
  • Fill-in the required fields.
  • Email the completed RMA form to: service@marcel-aubert-sa.ch.
  • We will send you an RMA confirmation number as soon as possible.

    For shipments from abroad, the customs information (value of goods, origin and customs tariff number) will be communicated in this confirmation. This data is necessary to avoid unnecessary delays at customs.

  • Check the data and send the merchandise to:

  • Please be aware that incorrect and/or incomplete forms cannot be processed and unnecessarily delay the procedure. In the future, returns without an RMA form will be refused.
